Responsibility & The New Normal

This day focuses on corporate social responsibility and sustainable leadership behaviours in practice. Participants explore how leaders set examples and support community engagement. The topics covered will include:

  • Employer-supported volunteering (ESV)
Day 3

Communication Skills for Sustainable Leaders

This day develops communication competence with a focus on emotional intelligence and active listening. Participants examine barriers and techniques for clearer engagement. The topics covered will include:

  • Identifying and removing the main barriers to communication
  • Developing your Emotional Intelligence (EI)
  • Active listening skills and asking the right questions
  • SOLER Technique for interviewing and meetings

Mastering Problem-Solving & Decision Making

This day enhances analytical thinking for problem-solving and quality decisions. Participants explore structured methods and decision models used in effective leadership. The topics covered will include:

  • Using cause-and-effect analysis
  • Organise, analyse, and prioritise ideas (affinity diagram & PMI)

Creativity, Innovation and Your Career
