Course Summary

Volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity are no longer external disruptions to be managed at the margins of leadership. They are the permanent conditions under which modern executives operate. Digital acceleration, artificial intelligence, geopolitical shifts, changing workforce expectations, and interconnected markets have fundamentally altered how decisions are made, how organisations function, and how leadership is experienced. In this environment, traditional leadership models built on predictability, control, and linear planning are increasingly insufficient.
