Course Summary

The GLOMACS Bridge Resource Management (BRM) interactive and interesting training course is prepared to provide the delegates with the best Management techniques that leads to a successful decision making based upon conditions related to workload and potential threat to any ship. The training course attendees will gain the best practices in working in different environments and improve their performance to enhance navigation safety.

The training course will ensure proper understanding on the prevention of individual errors and define the bridge team members’ tasks & responsibilities. This training course will demonstrate the behaviors necessary to achieve effective teamwork, minimize accidents caused by human error and help the participants to reach the best decision-making techniques.

This training course is designed to meet the Bridge Resource Management (BRM) requirements detailed in Table A-III/II/I of the 2010 Manila amendments to the STCW Convention and Code.
