This day emphasises the financial impact of remote working and ways HR can demonstrate measurable contributions. Participants explore cost analytics, value creation, and HR as a profit centre. The topics covered will include: 

  • Basic figures and calculations used in HR - demonstration
  • What is the financial benefit of remote workers
  • How much do poor performers cost your organization

Day 4

Improving Existing Processes Controlled by HR
